Refund Policy

When you make the payment for carwash orders, these payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Zigzag co, in its sole discretion, may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis including, by way of example, in the event of an error with your order or in the amounts you were charged.

After payment for any carwash order, it will no longer be eligible refund. All carwash orders are final and are non-refundable, unless it is a very special circumstance. In a case where a refund is approved, Zigzag co, in its sole discretion, may offer refunds in the form of credits. An example of a very special case will be an error with the amount you are charged.
